Back ground before my Injury

I think it would be a good idea to share some of my background information on my weight loss journey. I have always been an active person and a fairly health conscience person. I used to be a life time member of weight watchers and for five days a week I go to the gym. This was before my accident, I fell on my back and injured the disks in my back.

Before the accident I had a pretty good diet and an occasional cheat meal. Now that I find myself completely inactive I find myself gaining weight and sinking into some bad diet habits. I find myself emotionally eating also the medicine for my back pain causes loose weight gain. This accident has made me feel more empathy for people who are over weight and not able to workout. I would have said before the accident why can't you just diet and exercise (I know mean).

Now I am revaluating my goals this year. I hope to still try to loose weight by dieting and trying to incoporate more back friendly exrercise routines. The reason I keep trying to fight against the weight gain is because of my back. If I put more weight on it could cause my back more stress and I want it heal as fast as possible.

So I guess this blog is going to be about a regular person struggling to stay healthy. I will try to post the apps I use on this weight loss jourey also my exercise routines. Also I think it would be a good idea to post my weight every week so we can go through this weight loss journey together.
